Fiona has worked for the company for the past 4 years starting off as a lettings negotiator and helping develop and succeed in Property sales.
She has 3 years prior experience in lettings, sales and mortgages before coming on board with Ashcox and Stone. Fiona said “I love working with the team and I am looking forward to the exciting future we have here. We are an extremely dedicated team that make time for every client”
Along with working at Ashcox and Stone Fiona has two small children and enjoys her spare time with them. You will more than likely meet Fiona on sales viewings and throughout your sales process or tenancy.
Lead AdministratorBonnie has been working for the company for 3 Years as the office administer. Bonnie previously worked and has a degree in Childcare and development, so lettings was a new challenge for her. She has enjoyed working with the team, learning new skills, working with landlords, tenants and contractors, and has relished in organising and reorganising the office, although this does usually mean no one can find anything!
Bonnie has helped with implementing new policies and procedures in the day to day running of the business, which we would like to think has helped improve our service to our clients. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors and helping her partner renovate their house.
Louise has recently joined the company as our Maintenance Manager, after deciding to take a career change. If you have any maintenance issues’ it will most probably be Louise you speak to, Louise enjoys helping tenants and landlords resolve any problems they may be experiencing, and making sure that everyone is living happily. Louise also breeds Ragdolls (breed of Cat) in her spare time, so if you are looking for a cat, you know who to contact!
Senior Sales and lettings ManagerNeil has been involved in Sales and lettings for the past 15 years, starting off as a property owner, then an investor and for the last 10 years working specifically in Sales and lettings. Neil has worked for various estate and letting agents until joining Ashcox in 2010.
Having worked in almost all areas of the business Neil has a broad and detailed understanding of the whole industry and is specifically involved in new business and product development.
Married with 2 young children he loves fatherhood but between trips to the park and changing nappies he appreciates being able to come to work for a bit of rest.
